Yeast Infection Treatments While Trying to Concieve?
I am on cycle day 12 and I have a yeast infection (stupid thongs!). I am not sure which over the counter med to get. I have used the three day before but I am wondering if anyone has had success with the one day treatment? I usually ovulate day 14 or 16 so I am trying to clear this up before then. Any advice appreciated. Thanks!
(I am sure it is a yeast infection, I have had two before from antibiotic use.)

Ditch the thongs, they rub back and forth more than regular panties and help transmit bacteria and such from your anus forward toward your vagina making it easier for you to get yeast infections.
I’ve had success from the 1-pill treatment but you will also want to get your guy checked out too. They can be asymptomatic carriers of yeast infections (as well as other infections) so he needs to be ‘clean’ before you let him um… dip his wick again. Otherwise he’ll just reinfect you over and over and that can cause fertility problems.
If I were you I would not try to conceive this month and if you have sex make sure to use a condom until he gets the all-clear from the Doctor. Good luck and may you hear the pitter patter of little feet soon!
