    Baking soda works instantly with the itch and will get rid of it too. I have never used medication for yeast infections. Just put it up there and rub it around while your in the shower. At night, run a warm bath and pour plenty of baking soda in the tub. Then just kind of swish it up in there. Then take a shower and it will run out while your standing up washing. And the acidoupholis is excellent but not instantly. When you get the acidopholis make sure you refridgerate it after you open it. That keeps the live bacteria in it.

    Buy Acidopholis and take it a couple times a day (available in any health food store)

    Garlic capsules 2 caps 3x daily (fights the infection)
    Biotin 300 mcg 3x daily (inhibits yeast growth)
    Probiotic 2 caps daily (restores normal bacterial balance)
    Vitamin C 2000-5000 mg daily (improve immunity)
    Tea Tree Oil applied topically (fight infection, reduces itching)

    Avoid sugar, fruit, refined carbohydrates, alcohol, and all dairy products except yogurt.

    Yogurt. Lots of it.

    To ease the horribly irritatingness of it… clean yourself well, dry yourself even better (use a hairdryer on cool for like 5 minutes – seriously!), grab a big glob of vasaline (a good 1/2-cup worth at least), and slather it on. Wear a pad to make sure the greasyness doesn’t go on your clothes.

    Yeast thrives in moist conditions. The hairdryer makes it as dry as you can possibly get a place that is naturally moist. The vasaline makes a protective barrier that does not allow any moisture in. It feels really gross, but I swear it works.

    I use 1 drop tea tree essential oil, 1 drop of lavender oil, and 1 cup of water

    soak a tampon in it, then insert, within 10 min. your infection will be gone,

    this one is very easy. Eat 4 oz. of yogurt in the morning and 4oz. at night before going to bed, also go to health store and buy "probiotics"
    those are capsules of ‘friendly bacteria’ that will kill the "yeast bacteria’
    very important try to stay away from white flour and sweets since the yeast bacteria have a feast when we eat those foods.
