    You can use any type of anti-fungal cream, such as those advertised for jock itch or athlete’s foot. At Wal-Mart they have a generic anti-fungal cream under the brand name Equate.

    Wash well and then use the same cream that is used to treat a female vaginal yeast infection. If you need to use it for up to 7 days then do so….
    Eat plenty of yogurt with beneficial bacteria
