Best Cure for a Yeast Infection. GO.?
This is my first time. I’m a bit nervous here… I know it happens to everyone and it’s common but yeah… I’m a bit thrown. There’s no manual or anything. (I WOULD ALSO LIKE A RECOMMENDATION FOR A GOOD BOOK ABOUT VAGINAS, I FEEL LIKE THERE’S MORE I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT MYSELF)
Anyway. I’ve heard a lot of people have bad reactions to monistat, especially the one-night torpedo. I’m open to something natural, I mean, yeast infections have been around since vaginas have been… right? So there’s gotta be a natural way to deal with this … mess. Help. Please.

i think pple say to eat yogurt b/c of the good bacteria in it; but i’ve used monistat and/or vagisil n the past n it worked fine. i’ve only had 2 that i can remember having to treat n the cream worked just fine for the itching, but i think they have some kind of insert too. tip: if u use an insert, wear a pad so u catch any extra discharge.
